M's Helios Trail Shorts 9"

These are the most comfortable, best fitting and great looking pants I have EVER had. They fit like they were custom made for my body. The reason for that is the fabric and the design. The four way stretch fabric adapts to the body it is on. The small amount of elastic on the sides keep the waist fitted without feeling tight. This fabric is magic. Nothing sticks to it so the pants always feel clean and fresh. I also love the zippered pocket. I think all pants should have at least one. I don't know yet how long they last but I hope it is forever. I love, love, love these pants!

It's great but... runs smaller then size... also I wish it had a cargo or a zipped pocket like on the pants

I have no issues with the product itself—the pants are great. However, my rating reflects the poor communication I experienced with Seadon. I placed my order for XL pants at the end of May and requested an exchange for a larger size, 2XL. When the exchange arrived, it was the same size as my original order (XL). I had to request a second exchange for the correct size. Throughout this process, communication was spotty at best; several emails went unanswered, and the responses I did receive took a long time. After almost two weeks of them receiving my return and a little over two months of emails and exchange processing, I finally received the correct size. While I'm satisfied with the product, the customer service experience felt subpar.
