M's Traveler Merino Tee

I have a neck that is slightly larger than 15", but the small size shirt has a neckline that touches too tightly to my throat. Hard to feel fully comfy in it for that. But great fabric! Already wore this on a long warm walk so I won't return it, and hope the neck stretches out just a bit over time. Otherwise, really enjoy it! Not too scratchy like many merino shirts.

I’m really impressed by the quality of the LS tee, super comfortable, and it was incredibly useful during my trip through the Dolomites. I wore it hiking and then again for dinner out, super versatile. I had an issue with the first one delivered (it started unthreading in the chest area), and the team sent me a replacement straight away at no extra cost. I’ll definitely buy again.

I'd really like to be able to recommend Seadon due to my alignment with their mission... But after my experience with their return/exchange process I can't imagine that I'd be willing to do business with them again. Buyers should note that, if there is a coupon code automatically applied to your order after linking from a YouTube video to the Seadon site, your order is automatically non-refundable. And to exchange an order is $12 per item which is quite expensive when placing a large order.

I’ve been a loyal customer since the Regenerative Tees, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Not only was the return process needlessly difficult, but there was also a mistake with my order that still hasn’t been resolved.

I ordered two Traveler Merino LS Tees, but only one arrived. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times (via email and Instagram), they never acknowledged the missing item—let alone resolved it.

When I tried to return other items, I was told to ship them back to the US, even though I’m in Hong Kong and their Kwun Tong return address would have been much easier. The lack of communication and unreasonable policies make the whole process frustrating.

For a brand I’ve supported for so long, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected better, especially after being a repeat customer. Until they improve their customer support and shipping accuracy, I can’t recommend shopping here.

I was excited to try this t-shirt for an upcoming trip to Europe. Unfortunately, the sizing is off. I normally wear a 2xl tall. I ordered the xxl hoping it might be "good enough". It far to small for me. Very tight and doesn't even go as far as my belt. I'm not returning it because the quality is good, and it fits my wife who wears a women's xl.

When you come out with tall sizes, please include a 3X-tall. The size of this shirt reminds me of t-shirt sizes in Europe. They're all smaller than American sizes.
