Shipping policy

Your SEADON order will be shipped promptly from one of our warehouses in either the USA or Hong Kong. This depends on which warehouse offers the quickest, most economical – and therefore sustainable – shipping route to your designated delivery address. For our EU and Oceania trailheads, sit tight, we’re aiming to have our SEADON warehouses set up for you by 2022.

Like the majority of international item purchases, you-the-buyer incur the responsibility of paying any associated import, duty, VAT, and customs fees that apply to shipping items into your country.

NOTE: SEADON shipping estimates are based on business days and may take longer due to unforeseen COVID-19 logistical factors.
