I am normally a 2XL so I ordered a sale item in a 2XL size. I like the fabric and weight, but this isn't anywhere close to being a 2XL. Additionally, the zipper is on the opposite side from typical US zippers. I've seen zippers like this on cheap Chinese items (although the origination tag indicates this is from Vietnam). As a Sale item there is no return for credit, only exchanges with a restocking fee, and 2XL is the largest size they carry, so I am out of luck on that score. My wife (5' 3") also ordered one of the jackets in a medium and it was also too small. Fortunately my 2XL is a roomy fit for her so the orders weren't a total loss. When we contacted customer service, they were civil, but not anxious to help out. A dialog box on sizing IS on the website (not conspicuous) but it only suggests contacting them regarding sizing. Contrast that with most online retailers who provide measurements for different sizes and descriptions regarding trim or relaxed fits. Overall, since the items can't be returned, we are just out the price of one of them. Ordered one for 40% of the price on Amazon as a replacement and am satisfied with it.
